Herndon Senior Center: Presented by the Center's Advisory Council
Herndon Senior Center Advisory Council
The Senior Center Advisory Councils have been established to assist the County of Fairfax in fulfilling the social, educational, and recreational needs of senior adults, 55 years of age or older, regardless of race, gender, religion, or economic status.
The Council is an integral part of the Senior Center and serves in an advisory capacity to the Senior Center Director and to the Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services (NCS). Members provide input on activities and programs offered at the center. The council will freely discuss issues and recommend actions that will guide the center staff in fulfilling their duties.
The staff and Advisory Council members of Herndon Senior Center want our center to be the best possible at all times - for YOU! Please let your council members know of your suggestions for improvements to the center and its programs.
